Overall, it's nice place for exploring Sydney attractions. Breakfast staff had a real "can do" approach. Room was spacious and pleasant to come back to. Although beds were uncomfortable here, we enjoyed the bnb, it was GOAT! Best property we have stayed in.
The breakfast itself was very disappointing, can be much better.

Restaurant was FABULOUS and very clean. It's easy walk to The Orchard Tavern with nice drinks and cocktails. In fact, private parking was an advantage.
